The entire complex is surrounded by a 10m high fence and benefits from BGS monitoring. Also, all the access ways / roads within the complex are concreted and designed in such a way that they are suitable for the activities of loading / unloading TIRs (with the possibility of performing all the necessary maneuvers), their maintenance being permanently carried out FREE of charge by the administrator of the complex.

The logistic complex benefits from all the utilities necessary for carrying out commercial activities:

  • Power supply: installed power 2300kwa / 220V-380V.
  • Natural gas supply: gas pumping station located within the objective.
  • Water supply: 8 wells equipped with HEBE type pumps, with a size of 180 m
On the surface of the logistic complex, in the vicinity of the main access road in its premises, a concrete and fenced parking lot of 26,500 sq.m., equipped with a Gewiss nocturnal lighting system and an ovoid sewer of Im diagonal, is arranged and managed.
